The winners of the Mathematical Olympiad were awarded by Head of Tashkent Branch of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, Academician of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Kalandar Khodjaevich Abdurakhmanov. He also emphasized the importance of this event in fostering the development of well-rounded youth and wished all the prizewinners success in their studies.
“The annual Mathematics Olympiad will continue to grow and, as a cherished tradition, will remain an important part of the educational process, bringing together students, professors, and all those striving for excellence in the field of exact sciences,” he stressed.
This year, more than 30 students participated in the competition, demonstrating deep knowledge, a creative approach to problem-solving, and confidence in their abilities.
The Olympiad tasks were diverse and of a high level of difficulty, which allowed participants to fully showcase their mathematical skills and logical reasoning abilities.
All answers were anonymized, ensuring maximum impartiality and objectivity in determining the winners and prizewinners of the Mathematics Olympiad. Based on the results, the prizes were awarded as follows:
1st place – Malika Ubaydullina (Group 4305)
2nd place – Anastasia Gordienko (Group 4309); Ilona Pak (Group 4305)
3rd place – Arianna Tsoy (Group 4304), Assel Aytbayeva (Group 4305), Ulyana Magay (Group 4305)
