Balance of the labor market is an important element of macroeconomic development of the country, which is sensitive to the ongoing socio-economic and accompanying demographic changes in society. State and structure of the economy have an impact on the demand and supply of labor; determine the trends in the development of labor market and employment. Competitiveness has become the most important indicator characterizing the state of the modern economy, possible prospects for its further development.
