Modern education has become an integral element in achieving strategic goals of creating a stable economy of the country and ensuring technological sovereignty of Uzbekistan. Training of highly qualified personnel is becoming the core in the formation of the country’s human resources potential.
Rapid development of modern technologies has led to an equally rapid and constant change in the requirements for employee competencies. Companies need highly qualified personnel and personnel with the ability to complete and develop the acquired basic qualifications. Under these conditions, business and education system must become reliable partners to ensure a timely response to changes in the demand for content and development of employee skills. To do this, we need to understand that joint projects of universities and employers can contribute to ensuring the competitiveness of business.
