As part of the activities of the Council of Industrial Partners, in the Tashkent Branch Plekhanov Russian University of economics, Forum was held on the topic: “Freelancing is the profession of the future”, organized by State Institution “Center for Digital Economy Research” under the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In Tashkent Branch, much attention is paid not only to students, but also to future graduates. The relevant structures of the branch on a regular basis hold events that promote senior students in employment. For this, a large-scale event “Career Day at the Branch” is organized. The purpose of such events is to bring together the interests of employers, students and graduates, strengthen cooperation with employer companies, and assist in providing jobs for students.
One of the modern trends in freelance employment is a convenient, scalable tool for companies. And for specialists – the opportunity to work and develop in interesting projects without territorial restrictions. A way of earning that allows you to cooperate with different employers (even at the same time!) Without permanent employment in any organization. A freelancer is a freelance worker who takes on the order that he considers profitable and organizes his own working time and space. The freelancer also takes full responsibility both for the quality of the work performed and for his own legal status.
